To report a lost or stolen ATM, debit, or credit card during business hours please call any one of our locations or Customer Service at 906-635-6250.

To report a lost or stolen debit card after hours, please call 1-800-236-1651, choose option 6 and follow the prompts.

If you have Mobile Wallet capabilities, you can log into Mobile Banking to disable your card.

To report a lost or stolen credit card powered by Elan after hours, consumers should call 1-866-558-3424. For businesses, please call 1-866-552-8855.

To report a lost or stolen credit card powered by Bankcard Services after hours, please call 1-800-221-5920.
